A Night At the Granada!

This past Sunday we had the pleasure of photographing Kate and Jody's wedding at the beautiful Granada Theatre in Santa Barbara. The Granada was just recently remodeled and it is so exciting that we had the opportunity to photograph such an amazing couple there!

So this past Friday our associate, Alex, photographed Jen and Matt for their engagement shoot! Alex will be photographing their wedding this upcoming May and couldn't be more excited! They started the afternoon in downtown Ventura strolling around and eating ice cream and then eventually ended the day at the beach for some fun! All photographs by Alex

Okay, so this is August and we are falling a little behind on the blog!  But it's only because we have so many great weddings going on!  All three couples had such great weddings and were so much fun to be around!

A Day In The Valley

The other day with Keely & Steve started out a little slow with traffic backed up for miles, but they didn't seem to notice, they were busy rockin' out to Lenny Kravitz!  Once we arrived in Solvang they were ready to taste some wine, take a stroll in the vineyards and follow us on a little tour to some of our favorite spots!  These two make it easy for us, their chemistry is undeniable and it shows!

So Jim and I have been looking forward to Robin and Vanessa's wedding for quite awhile. Their wedding had such a timeless feel to it...for most of the day we felt like we went back in time. Not to mention that the two of them are such an awesome couple and know how to have fun!!

This past Wednesday we met up with Emily and Nick for their engagement shoot. They were such a fun couple and were very natural in front of the camera...which of course we loved (makes for easy picture taking)! We are really looking forward to their wedding which will be this November in Montecito!

Yesterday's wedding with TJ & Rob was exactly what we expected....nothing short of amazing! Everything about the wedding from the beautiful Santa Rosa Valley Estate to the fun cake fit their personalities perfectly! Not to mention I finally got Jim to build me a photo booth, making TJ and Rob the first official couple to get into the booth!! 

Out To Sea

So I have to admit before this past weekend's wedding....I was a little nervous, not because of the wedding itself but because the ceremony and reception took place on a boat. In the past I have been known to get a little sea sick, but Saturday was the exception! Sarah and Brian's wedding was an absolute blast and made me think I might want to do weddings on a boat more often!

Birthdays & Engagement Session!

This past Monday Ronnie and Jim met up with Candace and Chad in Santa Monica for their engagement session.  They both love Santa Monica so they felt it would be the perfect location for their photos and to of course celebrate Chad's birthday which was the day of the shoot! Ronnie will be the photographer for their wedding, which is in two weeks!
